My GFCI keeps tripping without pressing the Test Monthly button on the UCCG floor heating thermostat

When this happens, it means that your system is detecting a ground fault. Determine the heating element model number (what’s beneath the floor) and gather your resistance readings. We suggest that the electrician who installed the product take these readings. S/he will need to get your line to line and both ground readings. Once all of this information has been gathered, please call Warmup for a diagnosis.

NOTE: This UCCG floor heating thermostat is no longer available for sale but all any of the thermostats we have available now can take the place of this thermostat.
