What if my UCCG floor heating thermostat says system is on however the floor is not heating up?

Have your electrician check the resistance of your heating system. If the resistance readings are incorrect, please call Warmup for assistance. If the resistance readings are fine, you may have to replace your thermostat. Over time, the relay in the thermostat may no longer function after so many years of use.
Please contact your local retailer or Warmup to order a new thermostat.
