How do I wire my Relay-25?

Relay-25

The Relay-25 fits in a standard single gang box. It is used in conjunction with the 4iE® Smart thermostat series as well as the Tempo thermostat, in order to expand the original 15 amp capacity. This 240V relay is specifically designed for large applications beyond 800 sqft.

Built for quiet operation, you can mount the relay-25 in an adjacent closet or in a space above or below. It connects to the 4iE® Smart thermostat via a 240V coil on the relay. This relay is for use with indoor floor heating systems only.

Heating Loads Connected to Relay-25 only, controlled by the 4iE®

Connect power, or line, to terminals 2 and 6. Connect the floor heating system to terminals 4 and 8. Run the connecting wire between terminals 0 and 1 and the load side of the thermostat.

Max load: 15A
Total Max Load: 40A

Connect power, or line, to terminals 2 and 6. Connect the floor heating system to terminals 4 and 8. Run the connecting wire between terminals 0 and 1 and the load side of the thermostat with a maximum of 15 Amp heating unit.
