After a deicing cycle is complete my pavement still has some snow on it. Why?

You should try adjusting the Delay Off cycle on your outdoor controller to be longer to allow the de-icing system time to clear all of the snow and dry the surface.

The Delay Off adjustment 12 o’clock position is 30 minutes moving to 90 minutes at 3 o’clock.

If this does not solve the problem or if snow removal is patchy, check to see if the de-icing system itself is working properly.
