Can I upgrade to the 7iE?

Yes! Upgrading an existing Warmup Thermostat to the 7iE is an easy task for a licensed electrician.

The 7iE Thermostat is a vertical mounting thermostat. Mounting direction of your previous thermostat model may vary; a faceplate is available to correct this if necessary. If a faceplate is required, please contact customer service for assistance.

The old thermostat and the new thermostat should be wired exactly the same. Once the new thermostat has been successfully installed, it can be registered under an existing MyHeating account if the previous thermostat was also registered. Otherwise, a new account can be created to use with the 7iE.
