STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE SUPPLY OF GOODS AND SERVICES BY WARMUP PLC
Payment Terms: orders placed prior to credit approval will be subject to full prepayment. Warmup standard payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice. Special terms and conditions can be negotiated and discussed with your Key Account Manager.

Shipping and handling costs will be invoiced with the products purchased. Shipping charges are a flat $22.95 in ON/QC and $29.95 out of province. Warmup Insulation Boards will ship best-way and additional shipping charges may apply.

Goods dispatched same-day for orders received by EST 11:30am (CAN) and 1:30PM (USA). We will aim to ship all other orders promptly thereafter. Your orders will ship UPS or best-way. For urgent orders and specific deadlines, please contact Warmup Logistics to expedite your order.
Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. You must request an RGA from Warmup. Returns received without RGA cannot be refunded. After 30 days of purchase, or after expiration of the RGA, Warmup will only issue credit notes on future orders and apply a 20% re-stocking fee. Orders received in error or incomplete must be contested within 7 days of receipt.
The Warmup brand is exclusive to established and approved brick & mortar resellers. The Warmup products cannot be sold online through third-party resellers such as Amazon or eBay.
