CONDITIONS RELATING TO BOTH THE SUPPLY OF GOODS AND SERVICES<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Payment Terms<\/strong>: orders placed prior to credit approval will be subject to full prepayment. Warmup standard payment terms are net 30 days from date of invoice. Special terms and conditions can be negotiated and discussed with your Key Account Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping and handling will be invoiced with the products purchased. <\/strong>All standard orders carry a flat $25 freight charge and are shipped UPS Ground. Expedited shipments are invoiced \u2018at cost\u2019 based on Warmup\u2019s discounted rate. Oversized SKU\u2019s carry additional costs such as WIC insulation boards ($25 per box) and DCM-PRO membrane <\/a>($25 each per box). All palletized shipments are invoiced at $250\/pallet flat fee instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Goods dispatched same-day for orders processed by EST 1:00PM.<\/strong> We will aim to ship all other orders promptly thereafter. Your orders will ship UPS or best-way. For urgent orders and specific deadlines, please contact Warmup Logistics to expedite your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase for a full refund<\/strong>. You must request an RGA from Warmup. Returns received without RGA cannot be refunded. After 30 days of purchase, or after expiration of the RGA, Warmup will only issue credit notes on future orders and apply a 20% re-stocking fee. Orders received in error or incomplete must be contested within 7 days of receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Warmup brand is exclusive to established and approved brick & mortar resellers.<\/strong> The Warmup products cannot be sold online through third-party resellers such as Amazon or eBay. Warmup resellers may post product on their websites following the MAP policy. To obtain a copy and offer our products on your company website, please contact us[at]warmup[dot]com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
